Office Administrator
to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our retail partners while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on product information, order status, and delivery schedules.
Liaising with internal departments including operations, warehousing, and logistics to keep customers informed on stock availability and lead times.
Assisting with bespoke orders and supporting new product launches and development projects.
Dealing with daily office admin duties & communicating with logistics providers
Liaising with the company national sales team & providing support
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is enthusiastic, solution-focused, and customer-obsessed. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams.
Ideal candidate qualities include:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, professional phone manner and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Experience in the furniture or interiors industry is a bonus but not essential.
