We are seeking a male staff who is highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. Duties
Excellent skills in sourcing new clients in healthcare setting ( either through tendering or Bidding)
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports in an organised manner
Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping using Xero or QuickBooks
Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Maintain a tidy and professional office environment at all times
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication across the organisation
Qualifications
Must have previous knowledge of working in the healthcare industry
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Experience with either the use or the functionality of health care recording devices or Apps e.g. BIRDIE
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Good communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
