We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team. We specialise in vehicle customisation and vehicle lighting within the automotive sector, alongside an expanding eCommerce operation. Given our focus on manufacturing and technology, we'd encourage you to familiarise yourself with our work before applying.
This is a part-time hybrid position with the opportunity to move to full-time hours following successful completion of your probation period.+
What You'll Be Doing
Answering calls and maintaining an excellent standard of client communication
Following up with prospective and existing clients
Providing clients with project progress updates
Coordinating with team members to ensure they have everything needed to carry out their roles
Managing stock and stationery levels
Arranging courier collections
Additional duties inline with an administrator role.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Confident IT skills, including MS Office, email, and the ability to navigate project management software
A team player with a professional and friendly telephone manner
Calm under pressure, punctual, and reliable
Full training will be provided, but the core skills above are essential.
