The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional
Office Administrator
to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of our office and property operations, ensuring effective communication across teams, and supporting positive transitions for young people entering our services.

Key Responsibilities
Property & Tenancy Administration
Support the sourcing and management of client tenancies
Coordinate internal and external property repairs
Manage property-related administration and documentation
Ensure property standards are maintained in collaboration with the maintenance team
Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords and letting agents
Client Transition Support
Support transition planning for new clients
Work closely with the Deputy CEO and Community Supervisor to ensure smooth client onboarding
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and transition plans are in place
Utilities & Services
Manage utilities and Wi-Fi across properties
Submit meter readings and ensure bills are paid on time
Handle utilities-related enquiries
Maintain ownership and oversight of Wi-Fi packages
AI & Process Improvement
Support the organisation in introducing AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
General Administration
Manage the end-to-end Council Tax process, ensuring exemptions are correctly applied
Carry out Fire Warden duties, including weekly compliance checks
Manage services including Business Stream, Health Assured, Direct 365, and WRC waste/shredding
Ensure payments are made on time and records/spreadsheets are kept up to date
Support projects and undertake ad-hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an office or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
Strong communication skills, including professional telephone manner
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work
