Location: Pershore (with occasional travel to Cheltenham, Twyning, and Ledbury)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Crowthers Chartered Accountants are a firm of accountants with offices in Pershore, Cheltenham, Ledbury and Twyning. We specialise in working for owner-managed and family-run businesses. We have grown rapidly over the last few years due to the excellent quality of service we offer our clients which is testament to our dedicated, hardworking and passionate team.
We have a team of nearly 40 staff across the 4 offices, and we are very focused on building and retaining our amazing team, seeking to promote from within which is shown by the fact that many of our directors are home grown talent.

To support the growth and development of our team, we are currently looking for an Office Administrator.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and hardworking individual to support the Pershore team with all reception and administration duties.
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Pershore team and management.
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and general office correspondence.
Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
Support with client onboarding and credit control processes.
Assist with tax return administration and occasional company secretarial tasks.
Monitor internal deadlines and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with the wider admin team across all offices to improve and streamline processes

Essential qualities
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within an accountancy or professional services environment.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with accounting software (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work.
A team player who is keen to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
