An opportunity has arisen within our busy Perth office for the role of experienced office administrator to work along side our office manager. Wage determined on experience and contract offered upon successful completion of a one Month Trial Period.
Must have experience of an office environment as we deal with all administrative duties for two branches. Main Duties:-
Answering telephone calls
Recording Messages
Dealing with clients and suppliers
Booking appointments
Sending estimates/invoices
Placing and receiving orders
Dealing with all other day to day office duties as and when required
Purchase & Sales Ledger Duties
Must have:-
Microsoft IT skills and organisation skills
Enthusiastic and highly motivated
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise work on own initiative
Experience of Sage Accounts and payroll would be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.28 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

Monday to Friday
