The Role:
As Office Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, and clients. You'll play a vital role in supporting daily business functions--from answering phones and managing paperwork to assisting with scheduling and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls, emails, and front desk queries
Processing delivery tickets, weighbridge data, and internal documents
Supporting transport and yard teams with admin tasks
Keeping records up to date and systems accurate
Maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
Ordering supplies and assisting with compliance documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Knowledge of the waste/recycling or transport industry is a plus but not essential
