Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small but expanding team. In this role, you will support our operations by assisting in day to day administrative tasks, communicating with managers, employees and customers.

The role is 20 hours per week Monday to Friday. The working times pattern preferred would be mornings or 10am-2pm Monday to Friday but this can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Responsibilities



Call handling and greeting customers in person Handling initial enquiries, via phone and email , then directing information to the right department. Emailing with clients, such as sending sample results, job cards, reports and general day to day enquiries. Coordinate appointments and meetings for other team members, managers and director. Support financial processes by assisting with invoicing and QuickBooks entries. Organise files, documents, and office supplies. Assist in record keeping and maintenance schedules Assist in the preparation of Shop orders for dispatch

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Previous experience in water treatment or Legionella control industry is advantageous but not required
