Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised Office Admin to join our team.
Flexible with hours: 9am - 2pm
The Office Admin will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, The ideal candidate should have knowledge in Word, Excel and general computer based tasks.
Progression training will be provided towards gaining qualifications within the industry and becoming a valued part of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ability to liaise with customers and tenants/residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role would be advantageous.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and phone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
