DJRS is a growing company, and due to continued expansion we are looking for an
experienced Office Administrator
to join our busy Head Office team in Portadown.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office, are confident using
Microsoft Excel
, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the
first point of contact
for customers and clients (phone & in person)
Preparing and submitting job files to clients
Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
Typing and proofreading quotes and reports accurately
Supporting sales administration
Daily data entry and record maintenance using
Microsoft Excel
Keeping office files and documentation organised
Providing admin support to management and operations teams
Managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
What We're Looking For
At least
1 year's experience
in an office administration role
Confident using
Microsoft Excel daily
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Professional, friendly communication style
Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven office
Essential Criteria

? Minimum 1 year office administration experience
? Confident Excel user
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Able to commit to a
full-time, office-based role in Portadown
