Hi-Tech employ a variety of trades ranging from general builders, joiners and multi-trades to electricians, plumbers and carpenters and roofers. Typical works can be anything from 'odd job' and reactive call outs to larger project works circa 250k for a range of customers from pubs, hotels and restaurants to larger commercial premises.

We are a RICS accredited business and hold NICEIC, Gas Safe, FGAS, Construction Line and ISO accreditations and have our roots grounded in doing the job right.

About the role:



We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Havant office, supporting our accounts processes and functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Raising and reviewing purchase orders for different departments. Being the point of contact in the business for purchase order related matters for staff and suppliers. Using our system such as JobLogic and Sage to obtain, process and record purchase order information. Booking and co-ordinating administrative tasks like parking payments, ferry bookings, travel logistics etc for our staff. Processing accounts and administrative paperwork with data entry and filing where required. Assisting with general administrative duties in the office.

Skills and competencies:



Previous experience in a similar administration role (preferred but not essential). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Polite and calm telephone manner. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Great attention to detail, works accurately and efficiently. Strong IT skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll is highly desirable, but full training will be given. Strong drive to complete tasks and support the wider team.

Working Pattern/Location:



08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Onsite at our office in Havant

Pay: 27,040.00 per year
