Key Accountabilities
1.1. To provide support by answering incoming calls for the team and triaging calls to the relevant team member for resolution.
1.2 Book in stock when received
1.3 Allocate stock to customers accordingly
1.4. Make sure the stock cupboard is correct and in order
1.5. Create and update client records within the internal database
1.6 Accounts administration (Invoice uploading and processing)
1.7 General Office Duties

2.1. Good admin capability/time management
2.2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
2.3. Ability to prioritise
2.4. Confident and professional telephone manner
