Key Duties and Responsibilities- Training will be given
You will provide administrative support related to customer requests and company projects.
Equipment Management:
Quoting and ordering equipment (e.g., for New Starters/IT accessory requests).
Inventory & Assets:
Booking in stock/customer equipment, registering warranties, and managing/updating client assets.
Logistics:
Cross-checking and dispatching
goods
, including packaging, updating customers, and generating
shipping labels
.
Returns:
Arranging equipment returns, assessing items for
repair
, reallocation, or decommissioning.
Customer Support:
Handling overflow calls from the Helpdesk, logging tickets, and dealing with general customer
queries
.
Problem-Solving:
Investigation of non-deliveries.
General Admin:
Assisting with documentation, maintaining office supplies and covering additional duties during team absences.
