We're seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support both HR and day-to-day office tasks within our busy, friendly team.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and absence tracking
Keeping staff spreadsheets and trackers up to date
Assisting with general office management, including booking client appointments
Providing ad-hoc admin support to Directors and Managers
What we're looking for:
Previous office administration experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office & social media platforms)
A team player who is reliable, approachable, and flexible
