We're a growing scaffolding company based in Marton, providing reliable and high-quality scaffolding services across the region. We're now looking for an organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team and help keep the business running smoothly.
The Role:
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the main point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling client calls and enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Preparing and managing paperwork, including quotes, estimates, and invoices
Assisting with scheduling and organising scaffolding jobs
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting general office duties and liaising with site teams
Requirements:
Previous admin experience (preferably in construction or trade industries)
Confident with Microsoft Office and basic accounting/invoicing software
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
