Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:30am-15:00pm. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties



Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Greet & process visitors in accordance with company policy Maintain and organise office files, records, and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Goods in administration Coordinate office/factory supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to maintain stock levels. Liaising with third party hauliers to ensure smooth logistics on finished goods. Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity within the office.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications, including Excel Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: 17,880.00-18,000.00 per year
