HR ADMIN ASSISTANT
An exciting opportunity to join the ADMINISTRATION team at Bettws Lifehouse.

This role is mainly focused on HR administration duties in a busy Special Needs School with a large staff team . The successful candidate will have EXCELLENT communication skills and:
IT confident with expertise in working with a variety of Microsoft Office tools
A sound career background in customer relation and engagement
HR experience would be a distinct advantage
A thorough approach to detail and task completion within time frames
Quick to learn and able to show intitiative
Be a team player, and value collaborative working
Have high professional standards, be confidential, and absolutely trustworthy
The team will always prefer a candidate with energy and enthusiasm, an optimistic view on life and a 'can do' attitude. Bringing your own breath of fresh air and a smile will be invaluable. Prior knowledge of working in an education setting is not crucial but helpful. Induction and Training will be given.
The role is for 15 hours per week during term time, based at our Shrewsbury site. You will be working directly for the HR MANAGER

Salary is 24,500 per annum pro rata ( term time only)
