Experienced Office Administrator & Social Media Role
Contract Type: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover) with Potential to Extend
We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual to support our administrative functions and social media activity during a maternity period for one of our design team. The contract will initially run for approximately 18 months to cover the maternity absence.
Future Potential:
Although this position is being offered as a fixed-term maternity cover, there is realistic potential for the role to become permanent. Once our designer returns from maternity leave, the business may choose to retain this role on a permanent basis depending on workload and operational needs.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with administrative duties (essential)
Strong knowledge of working with Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms
Excellent attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Great communication skills with customers and colleagues
A full UK driving licence
You'll mainly be dealing with all day to day admin within our office and showrooms. Speaking and emailing clients directly while overseeing our project calendar.
Along with this you will be managing the company social media platforms and attending our clients finished homes, so professionalism and care are key.
