Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Customer Services and People Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within our organisation, acting as the first point of contact for customers and supporting our internal operations. You will work closely with parents, school leaders, and senior staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient administration across our services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the office between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Thursday
Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and friendly support to parents and school leaders.
Manage and update the
Kids Club HQ
booking system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and administer the
Breathe HR
software, supporting staff records and HR processes.
Manage and oversee the
Microsoft Teams
communication platform to ensure effective internal communication.
Take appropriate notes during meetings and circulate relevant actions and timescales to stakeholders.
Liaise with Senior Leaders to carry out administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
Support the wider team with general office duties and contribute to a positive working environment.
Liaise with external Health & Safety, HR, IT and other specialists to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
High level of IT proficiency, including email, data systems, and online platforms.
A team-player who can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Friendly, approachable and confident
Desirable:
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot to enhance productivity.
Knowledge of the childcare sector.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
