Office Administrator
A great opportunity for a Office Administrator to join a young driven team at a well established Electrical Contractor based in Sunbury-on-Thames.
Our client works on Commerical, Domestic & Industrial projects around South East England offering a wide range of experience and progression for candidates.
Office Administrator Salary & Benefits;
- Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
- 25 days + bank holidays (After 5 years 1 + day per year (max 30))

Office Administrator Responsibilities include;
- Maintain and manage all site documentation, drawings, and records.
- Accurate data entry and maintain filing systems.
- Administrative support to the team.
- Support with timesheets, purchase orders, and reporting.
- Keep health and safety documentation up to date and compliant.
- Dealing with any enquires.
Essential skills include;
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Suite & company software (training provided)
- Great verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, within construction or a related industry (desirable)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
