Job Overview


As an Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our organisation, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. Your dynamic role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, from managing schedules to overseeing Supplier relationships. You'll be the go-to person for products and coordinate fully with the Team, making sure that every detail is attended to with precision and care. What you'll do



Processing supplier orders, manually checking confirmations, updating the computer system. Once goods received, match invoices for payment, data entry.

Monitoring of purchase orders and delivery targets - telephoning suppliers for live data. Email monitoring and prioritising replies.

Reporting product failures/ warranty issues to suppliers and resolving customer claims

Resourcing new supply options, or replacement products, for best prices and quickest delivery.

Manually checking goods in, labelling and despatch of small orders via courier

Other support duties as required: Produce quotations and process sales orders. General Office administration, support and handling incoming telephone calls

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in office administration roles with strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.

Preferred Key Skills



Excellent data entry skills and cognitive thinking. Able to demonstrate attention to detail, enter data accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments. Telephone call handling/problem solving. You should enjoy talking to people and be confident and engaging and happy to help. Able (with training) to interrogate the company system to access data/ discover and correct data errors or omissions/ Data cleansing. Analise reports/Monitors and take appropriate action Able to demonstrate an understanding of the responsibilities of GDPR in a corporate arena and adhere to strict protocol Multi-tasker able to prioritise duties to meet changing demands Good telephone and written communication skills with attention to details, and a caring approach.
