We are seeking a highly organised, dedicated and proactive Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with a strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise appointments, meetings, and schedules using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Support team members with administrative needs to ensure operational efficiency
Order materials and equipment for site needs
Liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and architects
Manage general office administration, including filing, emails, and maintaining up-to-date project files
Assist in quote building and pricing
Onboarding new contractors and clients
Support the Director, Finance Manager, and Project Managers with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
Construction Compliance Administration
Requirements
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Administrative experience in a busy office environment preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
Driving is essential for this rural office location.
