  • We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join this boutique estate agency that deals with some of the finest properties in Wimbledon and their clients
  • Salary \xc2\xa335,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa340,000 pa + benefits
  • This is a Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday office based role 9 am to 6 pm
  • Experience of estate agency administration, sales and/or lettings, is preferred
  • Opportunity to work as part of the senior management team
  • Candidates must have great administration and communication skills since you will be liaising with clients
  • You will need a good understanding of marketing techniques and competent IT skills
As Office Administrator you will be providing administrative assistance to the Directors and their Team as a vital part of the senior management.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Management of the office administration
  • Ensuring properties are correctly and effectively marketed
  • Managing social media
  • Greeting clients to the office and assisting the Directors
  • Producing documents and correspondence
  • Making sure all legal checks and procedures are carried out and that documentation is returned promptly
  • Providing support and administrative assistance to the Directors and the team
  • Facilitating the smooth running of the office
  • Diary management
As Office Administrator you will need:
  • Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Experience of estate agency administration, sales and/or lettings, is preferred
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good understanding of marketing techniques
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills with experience of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Reapit or another property software system would be an advantage
  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping would be useful but not essential
