Providing support and liaising with the mortgage brokers and support staff
Regular communication with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors, insurance companies and third parties, to obtain updates on the progression of a cases.
Maintaining accurate case notes and using your diary to work to and meet strict deadlines for completion.
Checking documents provided by the clients and broker
Understanding and complying with all appropriate company procedures, regulation, codes of practice, procedures and policies relevant to the role.
Providing excellent quality service to both clients and brokers.
Accuate keying of appliations, fact finds for both mortgage and protection business
Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries
Ad hoc tasks as required
