Perform various administrative tasks to support the operation of the office
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Onboarding with new employees
Recording and arranging all employee training requirements
Maintain and update subcontractor PQQs and supporting documents
Complete site drawings using AutoCAD (training provided if necessary)
Recording and arranging maintenance, servicing, MOT and taxing of company vehicles
Hiring of equipment
Recording
Process and verify supplier invoices
About You -
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Great IT skills including excel
Strong attention to detail
Experience in Quickbooks desirable
Good sense of humour
