Job Description

Gatewen Training was established in 1971 to deliver skills training into the warehousing and logistics sector in North Wales and the surrounding areas.

Since 2016 the company has operated from new premises in Llay, Wrexham with an extended portfolio of courses.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with good people skills to join our busy office

Key responsibilities



o Work closely with Office Manager

o Liaise with external agencies

o Help screen incoming calls

o Manage post & email

o Greet visitors

o Manage staff diaries

o Updating CRM

o Scheduling meetings

Person Specification



o Good communication skills

o Good IT Skills - MS Office

o Good attention to detail

o A willingness to support colleagues by working flexibly as and when required

o A commitment to continually review and develop their own skills

Note

- Own transport would be beneficial due to poor transport links to our office location in Llay, Wrexham LL12 0PX

Qualifications



o Level 2 or equivalent English, Maths & ICT
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00-27,000.00 per year
