We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Administrator
to be the first point of contact for both new and existing customer enquiries. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and eager to contribute to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all communications are responded to within the same working day.
Maintain and update our CRM system efficiently.
Schedule jobs and manage team diaries based on accepted quotations and emergency call-outs.
Handle data entry and general administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including letting agents, landlords, builders, and merchants.
Assist with material allocations, costings, and price reviews as you grow into the role.
Adapt to different tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Requirements & Experience
Proven administrative experience role.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
A flexible attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasks as needed.
