Office Administrator
to support our growing operations.
As an essential part of our business, the successful candidate will help keep our office running smoothly and ensure the wider team can continue delivering exceptional service on every project. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys being at the heart of a friendly, hardworking, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Professionally managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Organising and maintaining physical and digital files, records, and documentation
Performing accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Tachomaster and AllHire
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff calendars
Carrying out general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Ensuring the office remains tidy, organised, and well-stocked
Providing administrative support across all departments when required
Updating our website, social media channels, and Google business listing
Maintaining health and safety files to support our high operational standards
Taking bookings and preparing job sheets for our toilet and furniture hire divisions
Experience
Proven office or administrative experience is essential
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
High typing speed and data entry accuracy
Previous experience in clerical duties and office administration
Confident phone manner with clear, professional communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems (preferred)
Experience with Google Analytics, social media, or WordPress is an advantage
