Day to day office duties will include:
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Greeting customers as needed
Updating paperwork
Quoting customers, using our specific estimating programs
Helping organise and maintain the office.
Booking in and arranging appointments
General adminstration tasks
Experience with in a similar administrative role would be helpful, all training for quoting will be given.
Role to be extended from January to cover Maternity Leave.
