We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in office management and customer relations.
Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
Oversee event planning and coordination, including vendor management and logistics.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
Handle multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer needs.
Support human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development.
Assist in budgeting and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Support the director with daily tasks ranging from ordering/arranging delivery times for car parts and managing bookings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Xero for bookkeeping and financial management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Supervising experience is beneficial for managing team dynamics.
Proficient in schedule management, event planning, vendor management, and office operations.
