Process all incoming telephone calls without delay in a busy/fast paced reception.
Receive and process all clients and other visitors to the firm in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
Taking client card payments over the phone or in person.
Note: In respect of both items 1 & 2 above, there is a high degree of responsibility incumbent on staff to properly project the image and ethos of the firm at all times.
Key tasks
The effective processing of all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and the conveying of messages to appropriate members of staff.
The provision of telephone support to directors and other staff members as required..
Manage meeting room diaries.
Undertake all other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
