Plan engineers' daily routes using Google Maps
Support with stock deliveries, dispatch to customers/engineers, and arranging couriers or Royal Mail
Assist with basic coordination and scheduling tasks

Professional phone manner
Accurate typing and good IT skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
