Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at West Norfolk Glass Ltd. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support that contributes to our overall efficiency and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
Utilize Sage50 for basic accounting tasks and invoicing.
Support team members with administrative tasks, including managing calendars.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with MS office software, including MS Excel .
Basic knowledge of Sage50 is preferred but not essential.
