Job Summary


Our new Office Administrator will be proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site by managing front of house, providing administrative support to our HR team and owning facilities maintenance to keep the highest standards.

Responsibilities



Facilities management, ensuring our award winning manufacturing site is maintained to the highest standards. Source quotations for on site maintenance and keep a network of approved maintenance partners to ensure prompt resolution of any issues. Greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Support the arrangements for accommodation, travel and employee social events. Maintain accurate records through data entry and management of office databases. Support the HR Team with administrative tasks, specifically assisting with recruitment activities. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed. Ensure that office supplies, staff uniform and sundries are ordered and available as required.

Requirements



A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in an administrative role or similar position. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of GDPR and Data Protection
