Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties



Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members Assist with invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation using Sage Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook, Onedrive, and Sage Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Demonstrated experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail Good phone etiquette with professional communication skills Ability to type efficiently and accurately under pressure Prior experience in office management or administrative support is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools if needed

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 13,500.00 per year
