We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties



Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to documents Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes through data entry and record keeping Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Qualifications



Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues Knowledge of clerical procedures and administrative best practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
