We're looking for a confident, organised individual to join our small, friendly team and help keep the business running smoothly day to day.

The Role

As our Office and Administration Assistant you'll play a key role in keeping communication flowing between clients, the director, suppliers, and our accounts manager. You'll help plan site visits, manage diaries, follow up on quotes, and make sure clients feel informed and valued throughout their project.

This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and problem-solving -- and who takes pride in helping a business run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the director's diary and plan site visits across the region efficiently. Liaise with clients to confirm appointments and keep them updated on progress. Follow up on quotes and maintain warm, professional communication. Contact suppliers for pricing, deliveries, and materials information. Keep records organised through Jobber (our CRM system). Post light updates to the company Facebook page and respond to messages. Support the accounts manager by handling phone-based or scheduling tasks.
What We're Looking For

Organised, proactive, and confident speaking with clients and suppliers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using computer systems (CRM, Excel, email, etc.). Positive, professional attitude and attention to detail. Experience in a trade, construction, or landscaping environment is beneficial but not essential.
Working Hours & Flexibility

Part/full time: 2-5 days per week Hybrid working: Mix of home and office, with occasional site visits to understand our operations. Potential to increase hours during busy periods or as the business grows.
