We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. A key responsibility of this role will be managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support business operations and client engagement.
You will need to have proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role and a drive to make this role your own, giving input, ideas and strategies to develop the company's systems through to our next stage of growth.
Duties:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's office and administrative staff, activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Act as the primary administrator for the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity, user support, reporting, and ongoing system optimisation
Prepare regular reports on office performance, client activity, and CRM analytics
Maintain and manage company accreditations, certifications, and compliance documentation; coordinate renewal processes and ensure timely submissions
Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Appraise the company's systems of work in relation to office services and implement new, streamlined practices
Liaise with clients, suppliers and all staff, including site surveyors and AutoCAD staff to ensure smooth, seamless operations
Be closely involved as a senior Manager with the management team and Board of Directors
Be a key player in the development and continued growth/ success of the Company
Handle phone calls. emails and other forms of communication
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) -- administration and reporting experience is essential
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office management software
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
