Launched in late 2021 by brothers Elliot and Sam Day, FieldGoods is a sustainable food company on a mission to make truly incredible ready meals (we hate calling them ready meals, but there is no other word for it... they are meals, and they are ready!).

We are an ethically minded business driven by sustainability, quality produce and great tasting food. With three years of strong growth behind us, we are now looking to expand our team as we move into our next stage of the business.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on team member to support our founders, senior operations manager and distribution manager in all that they do.



This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks across different parts of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly--from front-office tasks to managing stock in our freezer. You will be required to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed--this is a collaborative and fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities



Office Administration

: Manage day-to-day office operations including supply ordering and help to maintain a tidy and efficient workplace.

Operational Support

: Assist in the packing of customer orders, stock management and preparation of packaging materials for the production team.

Customer Service

: Support customers with enquiries and feedback.

Supplier Management

: Liaise with key suppliers, notably third-party couriers, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services.

Project Support

: Help with the coordination of ad-hoc internal projects.

Must Haves



Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help across departments. Comfortable working both at a desk and on your feet - from spreadsheets to handling freezer stock when needed. Experience in office management and customer service would be a bonus, but not essential.
