Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator with a strong recruitment background to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting on going recruitment campaigns, business development and fostering positive relationships within the organisation. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

We are happy to consider candidates on a Part Time or Full Time basis, with the minimum hours being 24 each week

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating correspondence. Support human resources functions such as recruitment processes and onboarding new employees, supporting weekly payroll and dealing with staff expenses. Actively manage our recruitment process from advertising the positions, seeking out potential candidates, coordinating interviews with the workshop manager and providing feedback to candidates where necessary Utilise relationship management skills to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Oversee the company LinkedIn account to support with ongoing recruitment and retention initiatives Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow across the organisation. Prepare reports and presentations as required Support our project managers with Business Development Ad Hoc administrative tasks

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative role Familiarity with Dext and Xero would be advantageous Strong understanding of relationship management principles and lead generation techniques. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity. .
