This is a contract role with an estimated 1 - 3 days per week in the office, with the possibility of becoming a part-time or full-time employee depending on performance and Sirkka's business needs. Compensation is based on experience.
The advertised salary is referring to full time equivalent, your pay will be a pro-rata amount to the agreed hours.
Role & Responsibilities:
Proactively answer the phones and handle customer enquiries
Data entry & management using our secure internal systems
Support logistics on travel and events
Support stock and inventory management
Other additional support as/when required by the Operations & Sales Team
Our requirements:
A university bachelor's degree is required
Able to demonstrate an Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Full work rights in the UK or Citizenship
Excellent written & verbal communication
Proactive approach to working in a fast-paced office environment
Past customer Service or operations experience is desired
