Overview:
We are seeking a confident, highly organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Daily diary management which includes organising viewings, property inspections and liaising with current tenants and new applicants.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information into databases
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, mostly digital but includes physical documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned
- Over time, take on more in-depth property management tasks
Experience:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
