Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and has a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, with a particular focus on processing invoices and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
Provide general administrative support to the office team
Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries professionally
Monitor and respond to emails as required
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
