Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, hard-working and confident office assistant to join the growing team at HomeRewire. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, and the candidate will play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of our electrical business.
The role is based from our office on Newton Mearns
Duties will involve:
- Dealing with all customer enquiries via phone, emails and in-person
- Booking customer surveys
- Financial Tasks
- General Admin
- Diary management and route planning
- Use of our CRM system, ensuring all projects are updated in a timely manner
- Issuing customer invoices
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills:
- Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proficient in office procedures and terminology
Pay: 13.00-14 per hour
Expected hours: 35-40 Hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,420.00-46,388.92 per year
