We are seeking an office assistant to provide support to the accounts and administration team. Key Responsibilities (This list is not exhaustive)



Processing supplier invoices and credit notes Processing supplier payments through SAP Dealing with supplier queries via phone and email Issuing customer statements Scanning of delivery notes Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as required Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency Providing holiday cover for the Accounts Administrator and Data Administrator Supporting the data administrator by entering production sheets directly into SAP Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information Supporting the wider business with any other ad hoc administrative tasks required Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely data entry Investigating invoices that don't meet company criteria and resolving accordingly. Administering the Accounts inbox dealing with customer and supplier enquiries Monitor aged debtors and chase outstanding payments professionally Carry out supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

Abilities and Skills



Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks. Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail Professional and friendly demeanour Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and business processes Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
