Duties
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Maintain an organised office environment by keeping supplies stocked and workspaces tidy.
Support team members with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Experience
Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
