Next Generation Home Improvements are looking to recruit an Office Based Sales Administrator in our busy Ripley office.
The role involves working along side the sales manager to assist in day-to-day activities such as data input, contacting and emailing potential customers, recruitment, aswell as assisting with contacting customers as a sales negotiator to bring in further business.
It is essential that you are able to work as part of a team and have the following skills and attributes:

Computer skills (use of office and relevant software)

This is a key support role within the sales operation, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pace, and responsibility.
You will:
Work closely with the Sales Manager to support day-to-day sales activity
Liaise confidently with field sales representatives
Speak directly with customers to
pre-confirm appointments
Input and manage sales data accurately
Take, record, and report sales results
Check sales reps' paperwork, contracts, and video submissions
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
React quickly to changing priorities and think on your feet

24,000 - 26,000 basic salary
