Job Description

Due to continued company growth, an exciting job opportunity has arisen for an office billing clerk, within our central billing department.

The successful candidate will play a key role in processing and achieving monthly sales targets from our Head Office, 56 Tempo Road, Enniskillen.

Key Responsibilities



Invoice review, approval and data entry Ability to identify queries, be proactive and solve problems as they arise Maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy in executing billing related tasks Attain excellent organisational and time/task management skills Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure Liaising confidently with customers and service providers Competent in computer literacy

Education, Experience and Desirable Skills



Have 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including English and Maths Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines Works well under pressure and has ability to manage time effectively Competent in computer literacy Be able to work independently & as part of a team Strong administration, organisation and planning skills High performance attitude
