Summary
We are seeking an Office Cleaner to join our team in Solihull. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment that supports our mission of providing exceptional care. Your contributions will help ensure that our facilities remain safe and pleasant for both staff and the young people we serve.
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure all areas of the office are clean and well-maintained.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills and reliability.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is preferred.
