Job Overview



BMI is seeking a reliable and organised

Office Clerk

to support daily office operations. This is a hands-on role that involves interacting with transport and logistics partners, handling calls and emails, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using

Excel and Microsoft Office applications

and able to communicate effectively with clients and service providers.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with

transportation and logistics partners

to arrange shipments and track deliveries. Answer phone calls professionally and direct them as needed. Respond to emails from clients, suppliers, and transport companies in a timely and professional manner. Perform

data entry

and maintain accurate records using

Excel

and internal systems. Prepare basic documents and reports using

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

. Support general office tasks such as filing, scanning, organising supplies, and managing courier services. Provide flexible support to the team and assist with various administrative needs.

Candidate Requirements



Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. Proficient in

Microsoft Office applications

. Strong organisational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently when needed. Professional and proactive attitude. Familiarity with basic transport/logistics coordination is a plus, but not required.
